Diane is an award-winning Canadian travel writer/editor with more than 500 cruise articles published in the Toronto Star, Toronto Sun, Metro News, National Post, CAA‘s Leisureways, Journey and many more publications in the U.S. and Canada. She is Chief Cruising Correspondent for Forever Young News, a Toronto Star/Metroland newspaper with a circulation of 600,000 readers.
She has also written more than 300 travel destination articles since the 1980s ranging from reviews of family resorts to top ski peaks and more than 50 advertising supplements for enRoute, Maclean’s, Canadian Business, Profit, Chatelaine and Canadian Living.
She was former Editor-in-Chief of CAA Leisureways and Journey travel magazines (circulation 1.2 million readers), as well as many other national magazines such as Select Homes & Food, City Parent, Royal Airlines, Ideal Home, Carguide and Staples’ SOHO Business. She was also editor of the Globe and Mail‘s Real Estate section and Managing Editor, Special Features for Metro News (10 city newspapers across Canada with a circulation of 1.6 million readers) managing 17 reporters.
